IVR Developer

Job Summary

To support the delivery of strategic Customer Experience solutions, the full-time IVR Developer will collaborate with team members to understand requirements, develop applications, and ensure quality delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Develop applications that align with specified business and technical needs
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of IVR development experience
• 5+ years of J2EE or .NET development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Eclipse or similar IDE
• 2+ years of experience with MVC-based frameworks
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns
