IVR Test Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience solutions, the full-time remote IVR Test Engineer will provide comprehensive testing for large-scale IVR applications, mentor the QA team, and identify automation opportunities while executing and tracking tests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide testing using best practices to achieve thorough testing of IVR applications
• Mentor team members in QA best practices and improve test documentation
• Identify automation opportunities and write automation scripts

Required qualifications

• Strong testing background with experience in QA strategies, planning, and execution
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Cyara, Junit, JMeter, and Selenium
• Experience in writing test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of IVR applications, including speech and DTMF systems
• Experience with J2EE technologies (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF) and Tomcat
