Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer - IVR.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize cloud-based IVR solutions to enhance user experience
Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user testing for IVR products
Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement design changes based on user feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of IVR and Conversational design experience
5+ years of experience with NLU, ASR, and/or AI technologies
3+ years of experience designing IVR in cloud platforms such as Google, AWS, or Microsoft
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD, and CSS
