IV&V Lead

Job Summary

Leading an Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) engagement for a large-scale modernization program, the full-time remote IV&V Lead will manage project scope, schedule, and stakeholder engagement while providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end IV&V engagement, including scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder management
• Develop and maintain the IV&V Management and Work Plan, overseeing activities across readiness areas
• Own the creation and delivery of the Final Readiness Assessment Report, including go/no go recommendations

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale technology implementation, with at least 5 years leading IV&V or QA efforts
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, test management, and performance/load testing in complex environments
• Working knowledge of ITIL and service management processes
