Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IWMS Implementation Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the delivery of high-quality IWMS solutions, facilitate client workshops, and document requirements while ensuring effective system configuration and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop engaging presentations and facilitate workshops to gather client insights and guide solution design
- Manage data loading processes, configure IWMS software, and create dashboards to meet client analytics needs
- Prepare training materials and deliver sessions to ensure clients effectively use the IWMS system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of IWMS or CAFM technologies, with experience in Nuvolo IWMS and/or ServiceNow platform recommended
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML is recommended
- Experience building automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
