IWMS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IWMS Specialist to provide CAFM support and manage service provision processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients for design solutions and manage project approvals
• Prepare preliminary plans, budgets, and presentations for stakeholders
• Coordinate with design service providers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in relevant field preferred
• Minimum of four years of related experience
• Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, or facilities management is helpful
• Solid understanding of Tririga Portfolio and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
