IWMS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IWMS Specialist to provide CAFM support and manage design-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients for design solutions and seek approvals for new projects
• Prepare preliminary plans, budgets, and presentations for stakeholders
• Coordinate with design service providers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in relevant fields preferred
• Minimum four years of related experience
• Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, or facilities management is helpful
• Solid understanding of Tririga Portfolio, Lease, Space, and CAD Integrator modules
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with AutoCAD is a plus
