• Develop and implement category plans and strategies for janitorial services

• Serve as a primary contact for janitorial services inquiries and develop training programs for best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the janitorial industry
• Professional certifications such as Certified Custodial Technician (CCT) preferred
• Extensive knowledge of pricing models, cleaning techniques, and supplier risk management
• Ability to train and mentor others effectively
