Job Summary

Supporting partnership and business development initiatives in Japan, the part-time contract Japan Business Development Associate will coordinate with domestic and international partners, manage project execution, and assist with contract processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with partners, creators, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives
• Assist with partnership development activities, including communications and follow-up actions
• Manage project timelines, meeting logistics, and operational workflows across multiple initiatives

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional business experience
• Experience coordinating with partners, vendors, or external stakeholders
• Experience supporting contract-related processes and business operations
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
