Key Responsibilities

• Connect with, grow, and engage the user community in Japan
• Manage core community hubs such as X, Discord, and LINE
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the Japanese VRChat ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in a platform, gaming, or creator ecosystem environment
• Hands-on experience managing online communities
• Deep understanding of Japanese internet culture and the VTuber ecosystem
• Experience planning and executing community-driven events
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
