Job Summary

To support the expansion of personal finance offerings in Japan, the part-time Japan Licensed Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to product innovation while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize personal finance content for the Japanese market
• Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one-on-one meetings to enhance financial habits
• Contribute to product development and research on personal finance trends

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the Japan Association for Financial Planners (AFP)
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning topics relevant to Japan, including money management and retirement
• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Ability to leverage technology for effective information delivery
• Experience in public speaking and a compassionate coaching approach
