Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Japan, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and keep updated with changes in payroll legislation
• Provide expert advice on payroll best practices and collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese payroll processing and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese payroll legislation, tax, and labor laws
• Experience with payroll implementation and system integration is preferred
• Proficiency in Japanese payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
