Supporting a popular video game franchise, the remote contract Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage email support through Zendesk, focusing on account troubleshooting and providing information on promotional opportunities while ensuring high productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle account and platform level tickets, providing general troubleshooting and support to customers
  • Respond to player inquiries in a high-volume environment, meeting productivity and quality metrics
  • Accurately tag Zendesk tickets for reporting and escalate issues to other teams when necessary
Required qualifications
  • Customer support experience in a technology, e-commerce, or gaming company
  • Previous email or online customer support experience, specifically for software
  • Experience with online ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Fluency in Japanese, both written and verbal
  • Strong investigative skills, particularly with account-related issues
