Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical and project support, the part-time Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst will conduct data analysis, manage customer communications, and enhance Japanese-language materials while working remotely for 30-35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and categorize Japanese-language customer survey responses and feedback
• Support improvements to customer-facing Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials
• Coordinate customer email communications, including invitations and follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Up to two years of experience in data analysis and customer communication
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing)
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
• Experience reviewing and editing customer-facing materials
