Japanese Language Audit Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Software Publisher Services - Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Japanese-language liaison between the internal audit team and the end customer during audit engagements
• Translate and interpret communications and documents between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking audit leads
• Coordinate and track outstanding audit data requests, ensuring timely responses and adherence to audit milestones

Required Qualifications

• Native or business-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English
• Prior experience in a client-facing, coordination, or liaison role, preferably in professional services or compliance
• Familiarity with software licensing, IT asset management, or audit processes is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
