Job Summary

Fluent in both Japanese and English, the part-time Japanese Linguistic Specialist will perform remote tasks such as categorization, annotation, transcription, and evaluation for linguistic projects under a commercial contract.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and categorize audio, video, and text content for quality assurance
• Engage in transcription and evaluation of conversational interactions
• Perform validation and localization tasks to enhance content accuracy

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English with correct spelling
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Access to a computer with a minimum of 4GB RAM and a stable internet connection
• Microphone and webcam for audio-collection projects
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
