Japanese Math Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Japanese Math Consultant for Localization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide localization support for a Math app, ensuring accurate representation for Japanese speakers
• Develop a Japanese Math glossary based on English content
• Conduct QA to ensure engaging and pedagogically sound exercises for Math learners in Japanese

Required Qualifications:

• Native fluency in Japanese and full working proficiency in English
• 2+ years teaching math in a K-12 setting in Japanese in Japan
• Familiarity with pedagogical approaches to math and common teaching standards
• Experience localizing online, mobile, and/or game products (preferred)
• Experience developing math curricula (preferred)
