Japanese Ministry Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing ministry, the full-time Japanese Ministry Specialist will develop financial and prayer partnerships, mentor Japanese international students, and recruit volunteers while working remotely with occasional in-person events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support ministry needs
• Research and understand the needs of Japanese international students
• Mentor students through Bible discussion groups and outreach activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of experience living in Japan or serving Japanese international students
• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
