Job Summary

A company is looking for a Japanese Music Consultant for Localization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide localization support for the Music app, ensuring accurate representation for Japanese speakers
• Develop a Japanese music glossary and align on pedagogical approaches with the team
• Conduct QA to ensure exercises are engaging and pedagogically sound for Japanese learners

Required Qualifications:

• Native fluency in Japanese and full working proficiency in English
• 2+ years of professional teaching experience in Western music theory in Japanese
• Familiarity with music pedagogy, beginner piano, and Western music theory
• [Preferred] Experience in localizing online products and developing music curricula
• Strong interest in the company's mission
