Japanese SE Trainee

Job Summary

To support pre-sales engineering and product marketing efforts, the full-time Japanese SE Trainee will provide customer support, assist in product marketing materials, and engage in security research while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales engineering support to customers and partners, including demos and proof of concept
• Assist in the development of product marketing materials such as data sheets, white papers, and videos
• Conduct security research on compliance standards and emerging threats, contributing to product testing as the voice of the customer

Required qualifications

• Japanese certification level: JLPT N2
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSC)
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOC2, GDPR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
