Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer (Signature) who is fluent in Japanese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to assist with post-sales installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tableau products
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing feedback to engineering teams
  • Coordinate with customers to implement server launches and optimize the use of Tableau software
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with experience working with Japanese business customers
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, Windows and Linux systems, and networking
  • Relevant experience in customer service or supporting enterprise-critical applications
  • Degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
