Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer (Signature) who is fluent in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to assist with post-sales installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tableau products
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing feedback to engineering teams
- Coordinate with customers to implement server launches and optimize the use of Tableau software
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with experience working with Japanese business customers
- Strong understanding of relational databases, Windows and Linux systems, and networking
- Relevant experience in customer service or supporting enterprise-critical applications
- Degree or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
