Job Summary

Fluent in Japanese and English, the full-time remote Japan Member Services Vacation Advisor will assist Disney Vacation Club Members in planning their dream vacations by providing information about resorts, cruise ships, and activities, while ensuring a magical experience through excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide information to Japanese-speaking Members about various Disney offerings via phone and email
• Assist in planning customized trips to enhance Members' experiences and resources
• Document interactions accurately and resolve Member concerns to ensure satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and professional fluency in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work "Japan" hours from 2 pm to 10 pm Hawaii time, Monday - Friday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills and critical thinking abilities
