Job Summary

Fluent in Japanese and English, the full-time remote Japan Member Services Vacation Advisor will assist Disney Vacation Club Members in planning customized trips, providing information on resorts and activities, and ensuring a magical experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to Japanese-speaking Disney Vacation Club Members regarding resorts, cruise ships, and activities
• Document interactions accurately and resolve Member concerns to enhance their vacation experience
• Stay updated on Disney offerings and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service

Required qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and professional fluency in English
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work "Japan" hours, from 2 pm to 10 pm Hawaii time, Monday - Friday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills
• Experience in a call center or hospitality environment is preferred
