Java Application Support Developer
Job Summary
Supporting complex enterprise applications remotely, the contract Java Application Support Developer will troubleshoot incidents, analyze system behavior, and collaborate with teams to ensure stability in public assistance programs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for enterprise-level Java applications related to public assistance programs such as SNAP, TANF, and Child Care
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of application issues and implement fixes
- Collaborate with functional, testing, and development teams to validate solutions and document findings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience within complex enterprise applications
- Experience with public assistance programs such as SNAP, TANF, or Child Care assistance
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug Java applications and resolve application defects
- Experience analyzing application logs, code, data, and system behavior
- Experience supporting production and/or test-environment incidents
