Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Backend Lead Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and a solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
