A company is looking for a Java Backend Lead Instructor - Spring Boot & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic experience and deliver lectures on Java, OOP, and backend fundamentals
• Guide students through REST API development, database design, and secure application practices
• Provide mentoring, administer assessments, and support students in building production-ready backend systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Backend or Java Development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Object-Oriented Programming, and Spring Boot
• Experience with SQL databases and JPA/Hibernate
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English for internal communication
