Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Developer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Corporate Portfolio clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, implement, test, and troubleshoot bug-fixes and software enhancements for legacy Java applications
Design, develop, and test new features in VA provided applications while maintaining regular communication with colleagues
Create and update SQL queries for database synchronization and provide defect modifications for budget execution and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Eight (8) years of professional experience; five (5) years or more as a developer
Experience with Java, including JSF and PrimeFaces
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and jQuery
Experience with Oracle SQL, including writing queries and managing databases
