Java Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of Okta authentication for multiple applications, the full-time remote Java Developer will develop and maintain software applications, coordinate system requirements, and collaborate with project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Agile methodologies
• Consult with business process owners and customers to analyze requirements
• Implement migration of software applications from ADFS to Okta authentication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field with 8+ years of related experience, or a high school diploma with an additional 4+ years of experience
• Experience in Agile software development
• Proficiency in Java software development with JDK 1.8 or higher
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and web services including REST and SOAP
• Familiarity with database query languages such as Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T/SQL
