Java Developer

Job Summary

Participating in a team-based DevOps approach, the fully remote Java Developer will design, build, and enhance scalable real-time systems while managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding and unit testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Java applications, ensuring compliance with federal security and privacy requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex application and deployment issues across multiple environments
• Utilize Agile methodologies and DevSecOps frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Java, Angular, Python, Spring/Spring Boot, and SQL
• Experience supporting applications hosted in cloud environments, preferably AWS GovCloud
