Java Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of Okta authentication for multiple applications, the full-time remote Java Developer will develop and maintain software applications, consult with stakeholders to analyze requirements, and ensure successful project completion in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Agile methodologies
• Consult with business process owners and customers to analyze and develop system requirements
• Implement migration of software applications from ADFS to Okta authentication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or high school diploma with 12+ years of experience
• Experience in Agile Software Development and Java Software Development (JDK 1.8 or higher)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) development
• Familiarity with Web Services and frameworks including REST and SOAP
• Experience with database query languages such as Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T/SQL
