Job Summary
To support healthcare integration initiatives, the remote Java Developer with InterSystems will engage in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and maintaining applications while collaborating with stakeholders and managing system specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, program, and code IT solutions while participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Document detailed system specifications and perform evaluation and performance testing for applications
- Consult with stakeholders to refine, test, and debug programs, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience in technical design and coding within the IT industry
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems in a healthcare setting, particularly with InterSystems IRIS for Health
- Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, and PHP
- Experience with SOAP and REST web service development
- High critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
