Java Development Lead Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Java Development Lead Engineer, the candidate will manage the design and implementation of IAM solutions, contribute to product planning, and support automated access provisioning methods while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring alignment with security policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop overall product planning by guiding the story development for complex features
- Organize and lead feature review sessions, documenting decisions and coaching team members

Required qualifications:
- 5 or more years of developer experience, preferably with Java

- Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell scripting
