Job Summary

Driving the development of high-impact, scalable Java/JEE applications, the full-time Java Development Technical Lead will manage teams, mentor developers, and oversee architecture decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust full-stack Java/J2EE applications
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
• Architect microservices solutions and oversee integration with modern frontend frameworks

Required qualifications

• 11+ years of Java/JEE development experience with strong expertise in Spring (Core, Boot, MVC, Security)
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead managing teams and making architecture decisions
• Proven experience in designing scalable microservices and enterprise-level applications
• Advanced full-stack skills including Angular (13+), TypeScript, and REST API development
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile collaboration
