Java Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Java Engineer, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure enterprise applications using Java 21+, Struts, and Spring Boot while also integrating modern web components and RESTful APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications and modern web components
- Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, and develop cloud-based applications within AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple development priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of IT development experience with Java using Struts and Spring Boot frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js and deploying applications in an AWS environment
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
