Java Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Java Integration Engineer will design, develop, and implement integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and building API and microservice integrations connecting FINEOS insurance SaaS to internal systems
• Owning features from intake to payment as part of a feature focused agile team
• Expanding integration coverage as Workplace Solutions adds new product lines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java application development with strong hands-on experience in Spring and Spring Boot
• Proven experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices in an enterprise environment
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases in an integration context
• Track record of writing clean, testable code with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Spock
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet; must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
