Java Lead Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Java Lead Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to design and develop scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable microservices-based applications using Java
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical guidance to teams
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development with strong knowledge of Microservices and cloud-native applications
- Proven experience leading enterprise Java development initiatives
- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and DevOps principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
