Java Platform Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Productivity Solution Support Engineer (L5) - Java Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical investigations across Java Platform tooling, CI/CD surfaces, and distributed systems
• Build a deep understanding of how engineers use platform capabilities and identify areas of friction
• Collaborate with partner teams to influence roadmap prioritization and improve developer workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java experience, including advanced debugging and performance tuning
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and its ecosystem
• Experience with distributed systems and service-to-service communication
• Proficiency with gRPC and REST for API design and troubleshooting
• Strong CI/CD expertise, including pipeline design and automated testing integration
