Job Summary
Working remotely from Texas, the full-time Java Software Developer will perform software requirements analysis, system integration, and develop and test software tools using Java and Spring Boot while contributing to the nation's safety and security.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct software requirements analysis and system integration activities
- Design, develop, and test software applications and tools, focusing on both backend services and REST APIs
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated workflows
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in developing object-oriented software applications in Java
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and ReactJS
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipeline tools
- Understanding of API design and integration, including RESTful services
- U.S. Citizenship required
