Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a U.S. Government Civilian contract, the remote Contract Java AngularJS Software Engineer III will develop and maintain software solutions using AngularJS, Java, and related technologies while ensuring system compatibility and conducting design reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions, ensuring compatibility and analyzing operational requirements
• Engineer systems through prototypes, proofs of concept, and full implementations while serving as a solutions provider to senior management
• Evaluate and document data security and continuity of operations for systems and programs

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience with user story development or analysis in an agile environment
• A minimum of nine years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Angular, and Spring Boot
• At least six years of experience in application design and development, as well as data warehousing and database design
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot
• Advanced skills in SQL and stored procedure development
