Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support software development initiatives, the full-time Java Software Engineer will develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular 2+, and React.js, while writing scalable and maintainable code and collaborating with team members to meet project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java, Angular, React.js, and other technologies
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Investigate alternative technologies to support continuous improvement and present findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) and knowledge of common APIs and data structures
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• Entry-level position with 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding preferred
