Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing development team, the full-time Java Software Engineer will develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular, and React.js while writing scalable and maintainable code in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java, Angular, React.js, and other technologies
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Investigate alternatives and technologies to support continuous improvement and present findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Basic programming skills in object-oriented programming (OOP) languages with knowledge of common APIs and data structures
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred
