Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing development team, the full-time Java Software Engineer will develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular, React.js, and SQL while collaborating with team members to meet sprint goals and maintain high-quality code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Angular, React.js, and SQL
• Write scalable and secure code while creating and deploying automated system tests
• Collaborate with testers to resolve defects and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• Familiarity with common APIs and data structures such as Collections and Maps
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred
