Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

To develop robust applications, the full-time Java Software Engineer will create and maintain scalable code using Java 8/JEE, Spring, and various front-end technologies while collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications utilizing Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end frameworks like Angular and React.js
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming principles
• Basic SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• 1-2 years of practical experience in Java coding preferred
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring and tools such as Maven and Angular
