Java Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing software development team, the full-time Java Software Engineer will develop scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies while participating in the full development lifecycle and ensuring code quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and various front-end technologies
- Conduct testing, code reviews, and create comprehensive technical documentation for applications and APIs
- Implement AI integration and stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Java development
Required qualifications
- Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and basic SQL skills
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and technologies like Spring, Maven, and React.js
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and experience with RAG application building or vector databases is a plus
