Java Software Engineer Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Java Software Engineer - Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in product scoping, discovery, and translating user features into system design
- Lead architecture and design efforts for digital products, ensuring alignment across product portfolios
- Establish continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices while guiding and mentoring the team
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in software development (preferred)
- Hands-on experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems and applications
- Experience with multiple programming languages, preferably JavaScript, Java (Spring), and Python
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web security, and backend development including databases and messaging systems
