Java Software Solution Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications, the full-time Java Software Solution Architect will define solution architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical governance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and design scalable systems using Java and cloud technologies
- Architect microservices-based solutions and lead technical design reviews, establishing development standards and best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams while driving DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of overall software development experience with 3+ years in solution architecture and enterprise application design
- Strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and API design
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Current industry-recognized certification (AWS Solution Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or Kubernetes Certification preferred)
