Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing design, implementation, and testing of software applications
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team and provide guidance to onshore/offshore resources
• Create and maintain technical artifacts, ensuring quality applications are delivered on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in the software industry
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
• Experience in Java/J2EE design and development, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Hands-on knowledge of application servers like Websphere or Tomcat
• Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably GCP
