JD Licensed Contract Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote JD Licensed Contract Manager will manage all contracting activities for the Technology Solutions Group, including the full contract lifecycle, vendor onboarding, and compliance, while serving as the primary contracting partner to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Solutions Contracting function with oversight and governance
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout
• Manage the contracting pipeline, ensuring timely onboarding and compliance for vendors and 1099 contractors

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required
• Ten (10) years of experience in contract management or related fields
• Prior leadership experience in contract management
• Experience with CRM and CLM systems
• Advanced negotiation skills for complex agreements
