Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple eDiscovery Document Review projects, ensuring quality and financial targets are met
• Manage client relationships and support sales efforts to expand service offerings
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive and diverse team environment

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university
• JD and active bar licensure required
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing document review projects in a law firm or service provider environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry platforms and tools
• Proven ability to develop team members and collaborate across departments
