Job Summary

To support client engagement, the remote Client Services Project Specialist will manage complex inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with business partners while ensuring the effective execution of claims and correspondence procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to complex customer inquiries through various communication methods
• Adhere to protocols and implement feedback from project management
• Create and update procedures for claims and correspondence teams

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Strong technical orientation with experience in MS Office Suite
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support business needs
• Critical thinking and keen attention to detail
